Getting Started
Search or browse providers, open a profile, and tap “Hire”. Describe your job, pick a date, and pay securely via wallet or cash.
Payments
You can top up your wallet via M-Pesa and pay from it, or pay cash on completion. Funds are released to the provider once the job is marked complete.
A small commission is deducted from each completed job. The exact rate depends on the provider's subscription plan (7%–12%).
Providers withdraw earnings to M-Pesa from their wallet. A small percentage fee (with a min and max cap) applies to each withdrawal.
For Providers
Register as a provider, complete your profile, and submit KYC (ID + selfie). Once approved you get a verified badge and can accept jobs.
Each provider has a 0–100 trust score based on KYC, ratings, completed jobs, tenure and plan — shown as a tier badge (Bronze to Verified Pro).
